# Terms and conditions

These terms govern use of the AI XXX Review editorial publication and explain what the site provides, what it does not provide and what happens when a visitor leaves for a third-party platform.

## Eligibility and acceptance

The publication is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult-oriented material where they are located. The entry notice records a self-declaration; it is not identity verification and does not override local law, workplace rules, network policies or provider requirements.

Anyone who is under 18, age-ineligible in their location or unwilling to accept the adult-content notice should leave the site.

## Editorial information, not a service account

The site provides general comparisons, commentary and educational frameworks. It does not generate media, provide a companion, store prompts, sell subscriptions, process refunds or act as merchant of record.

Product availability, prices, renewals, credits, taxes and regional restrictions can change after the dated review. No statement guarantees uninterrupted availability, compatibility, output quality, safety approval, commercial suitability or legal permissibility.

## Permitted and prohibited use

The guides are limited to fictional adults, lawful use and consensual scenarios. Do not use the publication to facilitate:

- sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous persons;
- suspected CSAM or sexual exploitation;
- coercion, trafficking or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- sexualized violence presented as consent;
- unauthorized explicit depictions or likenesses of real people;
- privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights violations.

Do not bypass access controls, inject redirect destinations, scrape private data, impersonate the publication or misrepresent editorial media as verified provider output.

## External platforms and commercial routing

Outbound buttons can use commercial referral routing. That relationship does not determine rankings or scores. The same-origin continuation endpoint validates a fixed path and redirects the visitor’s browser only to its configured allowlisted route.

Third-party services have separate accounts, subscriptions, credits, renewals, moderation, privacy practices and dispute processes. Their terms apply after transition. AI XXX Review is not responsible for a provider’s checkout, generated media, account enforcement, uptime or support.

## Intellectual property and identification

The publication’s original editorial text, selection, structure, first-party frameworks and site design remain publication content. Third-party names, product marks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary without implying sponsorship or endorsement.

## Corrections, availability and changes

Material factual errors should be corrected in the next verified content update. No monitored public correction channel is claimed in this local release. These terms may change when the operator, hosting, functionality or legal context changes; the revision date identifies the current version.

This document does not invent a governing-law clause, arbitration agreement, registered-office address or statutory agent that has not been supplied and verified.
