# 18+ content, consent and safety

AI XXX Review covers adult-oriented AI products while maintaining explicit boundaries around adulthood, consent, likeness rights, media provenance and human review.

## Adults-only scope

All editorial characters and permitted workflow examples must be unambiguously adult. Age labels alone are insufficient when appearance, context, styling or narrative coding suggests a minor. Age-ambiguous, school-child-coded or otherwise minor-coded sexual material is excluded even when a prompt calls the subject an adult.

The entry dialog asks visitors to confirm they are 18 or older. It collects no document, biometric or date of birth and must not be described as formal age assurance. Providers can apply different age checks and regional restrictions.

## Consent and exploitation boundaries

Permitted editorial guidance is limited to consensual fictional-adult scenarios. The publication excludes coercion, trafficking, exploitation, intoxication that removes capacity, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized violence presented as consent, suspected CSAM and any attempt to sexualize a minor.

A provider allowing a prompt does not establish ethical or legal acceptability. Human review must confirm adult cues, mutual willingness, context, intended publication and applicable service rules.

## Real people, likenesses and authorization

Do not create or publish an explicit or intimate depiction of a real person without documented authorization covering the likeness, intended content and intended distribution. Celebrity status, public photographs, a relationship, payment or access to an image does not itself establish consent.

For this project, `MEDIA_OWNER_ATTESTATION=YES` records the operator’s confirmation of publication rights, necessary consent or likeness releases and adulthood for real depicted persons. Production assets used by the site are separately classified as AI-generated fictional-adult editorial media.

## Media review and provenance

Before publication, assets are checked for:

- visible adulthood and age coding;
- explicit-act content and contextual suitability;
- watermark and third-party branding risk;
- duplicate or near-duplicate families;
- crop safety and responsive presentation;
- consistency with the declared source category.

Published media are not evidence of a reviewed provider’s output quality unless explicitly identified and separately verified. The public provenance dataset records stable identifiers, public URLs, AI-generated status, publication role, review date and C2PA status where known.

## Escalation and removal

Suspected minor sexual content, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery or unlawful material requires immediate removal from page markup, static assets, machine-readable records and search surfaces. Legal preservation or reporting depends on applicable law and competent process.

No public reporting mailbox or response-time promise is claimed in this local build. A production operator must connect a monitored channel and document jurisdiction-appropriate procedures before launch.
